Ingredients:
1 can Fitch & Leedes Lemonade
50ml Bacardi Rum
25ml lime juice
1 bunch mint leaves, lightly bruised / clapped
1 lime cut into eights
Mint sprig, for garnish
Method:
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice combine the Bacardi, lime juice and bruised mint leaves.
Shake well. Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice and lime wedges.
Top with Fitch & Leedes Lemonade and garnish with a sprig of mint.
