Refunds & Returns

Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The product isn’t used or damaged.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Products that cannot be returned:

  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged.
  • Products not purchased from our official sales channels.

Sending the product back:

  • Please contact us before you send the product:
  • Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase, to:
    • Unit 4, South Leedes Trade Centre, 18 Belle Isle, Leedes, LS10 2DL
  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product to us. We recommend sending the product back via a trackable method.


  • Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
  • If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.


If you would like to exchange a defective or damaged product for the same item, please inform us and send the product back to us. We will exchange the product and cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
