Ingredients:
Fitch & Leedes Sugar Free Pink Tonic
50ml Cruxland gin
25ml Cointreau
½ grapefruit, segmented
Zest of ½ grapefruit, cut into strips
Method:
In a glass filled with crushed ice pour in the Cruxland gin and Cointreau. Press the grapefruit segments into the ice. Top with Fitch & Leedes Sugar Free Pink Tonic and garnish with the grapefruit zest.
