Die Khoi Gin x Bitter Lemon x Indian Tonic

Ingredients:
Fitch & Leedes Bitter Lemon
Fitch & Leedes Indian Tonic
50ml Die Khoi Gin
Lemon Wheel & Sprig of Mint, for garnish

Method:
In a tall glass add the Die Khoi Gin with ice. Very lightly stir the gin and ice to release some of the flavours. Top with half and half Fitch & Leedes Bitter Lemon and Indian Tonic. Mix well and garnish with Lemon wheel and mint sprig.
