Ingredients:
Fitch & Leedes Ginger Ale
50ml Diplomatico Rum
15ml Caperitif (or dry vermouth)
½ fresh orange, segmented & diced
½ fresh lemon, segmented & diced
1tsp brown sugar
Orange wedge, for garnish
Method:
Muddle the orange, lemon and sugar in a cocktail shaker. Add the rum, Caperitif and ice, shake well. Strain over glass with ice and top with Fitch & Leedes Ginger Ale. Garnish with a chunky wedge of orange.
