Ingredients:
Fitch & Leedes Grapefruit Tonic
50ml Empire Gin
Dehydrated grapefruit powder (or substitute with any dehydrated fruit powder), for the rim
½ grapefruit, for the rim
Method:
Rub the rim of a glass with half a grapefruit. On a flat surface evenly sprinkle the dehydrated grapefruit powder. Roll the wet portion of the rim through the powder until well coated. Carefully fill glass with ice and gin, so as not to knock off any of the rim coating.
Top with Fitch & Leedes Grapefruit Tonic.
