Ingredients:
Fitch & Leedes Pink Tonic
50ml Ginologist Floral Gin
Handful of Blueberries
Sprig of Thyme, for garnish
Method:
In a glass filled with crushed ice add the Gin and handful of blueberries. Top with Fitch & Leedes Pink Tonic. Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
