Ingredients:
Fitch & Leedes Indian Tonic
50ml Inverroche Gin
1 large bunch of fresh basil
15ml lemon juice
Lemon zest for garnish

Method:
The night before combine the gin and basil leaves in a jar, to infuse overnight. In a shaker with ice combine the basil infused gin (basil leaves and all) and lemon juice. Shake well and strain over a glass filled with ice. Top with Fitch & Leedes Indian Tonic and garnish with lemon zest and a sprig of basil.
