Ingredients:
Fitch & Leedes Lemonade
50ml Jameson Whiskey
20ml egg white
25ml lemon juice
25ml simple syrup
Lemon zest, for garnish
Method:
In a shaker with ice combine the whiskey, egg white, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake well. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with Fitch & Leedes Ginger Ale and garnish with a twist of lemon zest.
