Ingredients:
Fitch & Leedes Ginger Ale
50ml KWV 10 Year Brandy
3 dashes bitters
10g candied ginger, finely diced
Method:
In a tall glass combine the brandy, bitters and candied ginger. Muddle well until the ginger begins to dissolve. Add ice and top with Fitch & Leedes Ginger Ale. Stir before serving.
