Ingredients:
Fitch & Leedes Ginger Ale
50ml KWV 5 year Brandy
50ml cold Rooibos tea
1 bunch fresh mint
Method:
In a shaker combine the brandy, rooibos and mint leaves. Muddle well but do not break up with mint leaves. Strain over glass filled with ice. Top with Fitch & Leedes Ginger Ale and garnish with a mint sprig.
