Ingredients:
1 can Fitch & Leedes Blue Tonic
50ml Skyy Vodka
25ml lemon juice
25ml simple syrup
1 bunch basil, for garnish
1 wedge lemon, for garnish
Method:
In a shaker filled with ice combine the Skyy Vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake well and strain into a large glass filled with ice. Top with Fitch & Leedes Blue Tonic and garnish with fresh basil and a wedge of lemon.
