Ingredients:
Fitch & Leedes Soda Water
Fitch & Leedes Lemonade
50ml Stowaway Rum
1 lime, cut into eighths
1 small bunch of fresh mint
1 lime round, for garnish
Method:
In a large glass combine the rum, some mint leaves and a lime wedge. Muddle well until the mint is crushed and fragrant. Add the rest of the lime pieces and ice in layers to distribute the lime evenly throughout the drink. Fill the glass simultaneously with Fitch & Leedes Lemonade and Fitch & Leedes Soda Water. Garnish with a sprig of mint and lime wheel.
