Ingredients:
Fitch & Leedes Indian Tonic
50ml Unit 43 Oak Aged Gin
15ml lemon juice
Lemon wedge for garnish
3-5 black peppercorns for garnish
2 sprigs rosemary for garnish
Method:
In a glass filled with ice combine the gin, lemon juice and peppercorns. Mix well. Top with Fitch & Leedes Indian tonic and garnish with a wedge of lemon and 2 sprigs of rosemary.
